The Series 650 is the industry's premier door for easy operation and maintenance. The door features sealed radial ball bearings on both support brackets and DBCi's patented tension set device.
The DBCi tension device allows you to easily and quickly adjust the tension on your door. The 16 tensioning positions throughout 360 degrees provides easy operation and eliminates costly service calls.
Quicker installation and lower maintenance have been designed into every aspect of DBCi exterior doors.
Curtain: Door features strong, 26 gauge, deep ribbed corrugation available in 20 standard colors. Hard Grade E steel provides strength and durability. Each color comes with a 25-year film integrity warranty and up to a 25-year guarantee against chalking and fading.
Stainless Steel Latch and Bolts: Until now, door latches have been made with zinc plated steel. Over time, the plating can deteriorate leaving the steel beneath vulnerable to rust. DBCi is the first company to offer a 100% stainless steel latch and bolts on every door produced! Double lock holes accepts 7/16" shackles.
Guides: The 18-gauge steel guides attach easily to steel, wood or masonry jambs. The guides have pre-punched factory holes for anchors and latch sides. Replaceable polyethylene guide strips provide easy, quiet operation.
Bottom Bar Assembly: Bottom bars are constructed of 6063-T6 aluminum extrusion reinforced by 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" galvanized steel angle, and have a replaceable vinyl weather seal.
Rain Lip Note: For proper door installation, a 1-1/2" deep rain lip must be formed in concrete slab, extending a minimum of 3-1/2" from the interior face of jamb.
